Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-05-28 12:31 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On May 28, 2013
Alvydas Banys was elected as a chairman of the Board of the public joint -
stock company INVALDA, after the split - off continuing activity under the new
name Invalda LT. Darius Sulnis was approved as a president of the company till
the end of the term of office of the new Board.

Dalius Kaziunas was elected as a director of the split - off company Invalda
Privatus Kapitalas, AB till the end of the term of office of the new Board of
Invalda Privatus Kapitalas, AB.
