Our common stock is listed on NYSE Amex under the symbol "INUV". On April 6, 2010, the closing price of our common stock as reported on NYSE Amex was $2.76 per share.

The aggregate market value of our outstanding common stock held by non-affiliates of our company was approximately $15,093,662 on April 6, 2011. We have not previously issued or sold any of our securities pursuant to the original prospectus dated April 1, 2011 to which this prospectus is a supplement.
