ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.

On February 9, 2021, Intuit Inc. issued a press release updating its financial outlook for the fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2021 due to the late start to the tax season and reiterating its full-year revenue and operating income guidance for fiscal year 2021. A copy of the press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.01.
