New Date for Intrum Justitias' Annual General Meeting 2017

Today, the Board of Directors resolved that the Annual General Meeting shall be held on 29 June 2017, not 25 April 2017 as previously communicated. The change is a consequence of the merger filing with the EU competition authorities relating to the combination with Lindorff.

The process is proceeding according to plan with the goal to complete the transaction during the second quarter, in line with what has been previously communicated. The Annual General Meeting may be brought forward pending the timing of the notification from the European Commission.
