INTRED S.P.A.: PRELIMINARY TURNOVER FOR THE FIRST HALF OF 2019 UP BY 21.4% TO €10 MILLION

Milan, 2 August 2019 - The Board of Directors of Intred S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Intred"), a telecommunications operator listed on Borsa Italiana's AIM Italia market since July 2018 (symbol: ITD.MI) with a significant presence in Lombardy, specialised in ultra-broadband, broadband and wireless network connectivity, land lines, cloud services and related accessory services for business and retail customers, met today to review the preliminary unaudited turnover as at 30 June 2019, which amounted to €10.01 million, up by 21.4% compared to the same period of last year.

This increase was mainly attributable to the sales of ultra-broadband connections to business users, which rose by 48% compared to the same period last year; there was also a significant increase in the telephony segment (+17%).

Revenues from data centre services (housing and cloud) and accessories were in line with last year. As expected, the Broadband sector decreased (-9%) deriving from connectivity based on copper cables, as well as the RDSL sector (-7%), as the company is strongly encouraging its customers to switch to fiber optic connections.

It should also be noted that 94% of revenues derive from recurring fees, which guarantee continuity and agile visibility of future forecasts for the company. The churn rate on turnover is 4.5%.

The number of users with data lines also increased, from 24,389 at 30 June 2018 to 29,208 at 30 June 2019, + 20%.
