Myrianthi Petrou was elected chairwoman of the meeting, took the chair, and declared the meeting open having satisfied herself that there was a quorum in accordance with the provisions of the article 54 of the Company's Articles of Association.

It is unanimously resolved that:

Delisting of the Company from the Cyprus Stock Exchange (non-regulated market, Emerging Companies Market) is hereby accepted and approved.

There being no other business the meeting was terminated.
