Bally's Intralot S.A. (distinctive title "Bally's Intralot"), informs the investing public that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in the context of the resolution of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 19.12.2025, proceeded on January 8, 2026 with the purchase of 125,000 own shares at an average price of 1.089200 euro per share and with a total value of € 136,150.00.

Following the above, Bally's Intralot holds 2,237,000 own shares, corresponding to 0.12% of its total share capital.
