Bally's Intralot S.A. (distinctive title "Bally's Intralot"), informs the investing public that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in the context of the resolution of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 19.12.2025, proceeded on December 31, 2025 with the purchase of 250,000 own shares at an average price of 1.055903 euro per share and with a total value of € 263,975.75.

Following the above, Bally's Intralot holds 1,362,000 own shares, corresponding to 0.073% of its total share capital.
