Reply to a letter from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission

The company under the name "INTRALOT S.A. Integrated Lottery Systems and Services" and the distinctive title "Intralot" ("Company"), in response to the no. 1471/1.7.2025 letter of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission regarding press reports for an upcoming transaction concerning the acquisition of a foreign company, informs that it is in the final stage of negotiations in this regard and that it will promptly inform the investing public.

This announcement is published in accordance with Article 21 of Law 3556/2007.
