Reply to a letter of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission

INTRALOT S.A. (the "Company"), in response to no. 809/22.04.2025 letter of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission regarding press reports clarifies that first, references to potential cross-border merger do not correspond to reality and, second, the Company has not yet entered into any binding agreement. The Company will promptly inform the investing public in the event of any binding agreement, as it always does responsibly and in accordance with applicable legislation.
