INTRALOT S.A. Integrated Lottery Systems and Services (the "Company") announces that on October 9, 2025, its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, Intralot Inc., proceeded with the full repayment, including capital, expenses, and interest, of the Term Loan A facility, dated July 28, 2022 with an initial capital amount of \$230,000,000 provided by a syndicate of U.S. banks and maturing on July 27, 2026, having as administrative agent KeyBank National Association, and the termination of the relevant loan agreement and all obligations related thereto.
