INTRALOT S.A. announces the repayment in full of a €100,000,000 Bond Loan

INTRALOT S.A. Integrated Lottery Systems and Services (the "Company") announces that on October 8, 2025 proceeded with the full repayment, including capital, expenses, and interest, of the Bond Loan dated March 27, 2024 (disbursed on March 28, 2024) in the original aggregate principal amount of €100,000,000. The original bondholders lenders were PIRAEUS BANK, NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE, OPTIMA BANK, ATTICA BANK, and PANCRETA BANK, with PIRAEUS BANK acting as the bondholders' representative.
