7-digit sales potential sales in 2010 already

Passau, November 04, 2009 - InTiCa Systems AG (ISIN DE0005874846, Prime
Standard, Symbol: IS7) has signed an exclusive cooperation agreement with a
midsized Chinese company for the production of high-end cable systems for
automotive suppliers and car manufacturers. The Chinese partner offers a
highly innovative development team and state of the art production
technology, certified according to ISO/TS16949:2002 and ISO9001:2000
quality norms. In addition, the partner contributes long standing client
relationships to European, Asian and North American system suppliers in the
automotive industry.

The production of high-end cable systems ideally complements the portfolio
of InTiCa Systems, as connectivity has to be integrated at an early stage
into the product design process. This creates an immediate and clear value
added for InTiCa Systems' clients.

Therefore, already for 2010, this cooperation is expected to generate
revenues in the lower seven digit range.

With a successful execution of this cooperation, additional products and a
direct participation of InTiCa Systems is possible.

This exclusive cooperation also offers an additional access to the Asian
and the North American markets for InTiCa Systems.
