InTiCa Systems' inductive components with superior efficiency

Multi-annual contracts from three new clients with a 7-digit annual sales
volume

Passau, October 08, 2009 - InTiCa Systems AG (ISIN DE0005874846, Prime
Standard) received new orders to develop and produce inductive components
from 3 new clients, active in the solar industry. The products, embedded in
power inverters for renewable energy sources, are used in the European and
the North American markets.

The decisive factor in acquiring the contracts was the improved efficiency,
accompanied by a reduction of the construction space of the components
developed by InTiCa Systems. The cooperations are long term in nature,
starting with annual revenues in the low 7-digit area.

Serial production is targeted to start in Q1 2010. Those new contracts
confirm the company's confidence to reach the published annual growth
target of over 40% in the Industrial Electronics segment.

Those new contracts as well as numerous new orders for innovative products
from existing clients, mostly in the Automotive Technology and Industrial
Electronics segments, enabled InTiCa Systems to further diversify into
different industries and products.
