• Preliminary revenue and earnings figures 2006 in line with expectations

Passau/Frankfurt(Main), March 21st, 2007 – InTiCom Systems AG (ISIN
DE0005874846, Prime Standard) achieved revenues in 2006 of approximately
EUR 37.5 million (prior year EUR 35.0 million) according to preliminary and
un-audited figures 2006 which is fully in line with expectations hitherto.

Preliminary earnings before taxes (EBT) in the amount of approximately EUR
2.4 million (prior year EUR 3.6 million) resulted in a forecasted net
profit of EUR 1.5 million (prior year EUR 2.2 million). Both figures are
therefore below their last years figures for the first time as
envisaged several times before.

This means a revenue growth of more than 7 percent in a fiscal year, which
on the one hand did not fulfil the great expectations of a rapid roll-out
of the VDSL network in Germany in 2006.
Therefore InTiCom Systems has lost considerable budgeted sales in Germany
in the last two quarters 2006 – despite existing supply agreements. The
successful start of production at the new manufacturing site in Prachatice
in the Czech Republic dominated 2006 on the other hand. Since mid May 2006
InTiCom Systems started the serial production for their automotive clients.

Full order books in all business areas and a positive full year effect from
the automotive sector are going to contribute to an increase in revenue
growth and a significant earnings growth for fiscal 2007.
