The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Ad hoc report in accordance with Section 15 WpHG (Securities Trade Act) Growth continues to be strong in the first quarter of fiscal year 2005 Steady increase in receipt of orders leads to upward revision of turnover forecast for 2005 Successful market launch for automobile electronics Passau, 11 April 2005 InTiCom Systems AG (ISIN DE0005874846, Prime Standard) once again increased turnover to a new quarterly record of Euro 9.15 million (previous year 3.164 million) in the first three months of fiscal year 2005. An increase in comparison with the previous record quarter, the last quarter of 2004 (Euro 6.078 million), of about 50%. We expect improvement in the operating result to run parallel to the development of turnover. InTiCom Systems succeeded in taking yet another significant step in the field of automobile electronics in the first quarter of 2005. For the first time, InTiCom Systems and the RFID aerial from its own development programme have been chosen as a series supplier for a large German automobile manufacturer. Production start-up and the first noteworthy sales in the unit Automotive will be recorded towards the end of fiscal year 2005. Since turnover in the first quarter was greater than budgeted and the order backlog for the second quarter of 2005 is at a high level of Euro 9.4 million, the current situation has led to a substantial increase in the turnover target for 2005 from Euro 30 million to about Euro 35 million.
