InTiCom Systems AG: Strong growth in third quarter turn-over

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Strong growth in third quarter turn-over Despite additional cost for going public positive result for the business year expected InTiCom Systems AG has achieved a third quarter (01.07 – 30.09 2004) turn-over of about EURO Mill. 5.980 (EURO Mill. 1.201 from 01.07 – 30.09.2003), which equals nearly the turn-over of the complete business year 2003 of about EURO Mill. 6.014. The EBT was increased to TEURO 339, compared with TEURO 49 in 2003. This corresponds to a gross profit of about 5.67% (4.07% in 2003). The net income reaches TEURO 208 (TEURO 29 in 2003), assuming a tax rate of 40%. Within the first nine months of the business year 2004 a turn-over of EURO Mill. 13.379 (EURO Mill. 3.738 in 2003) and an EBT of about TEURO 714 (TEURO 176) was achieved. The gross profit equals 5.33% (4.7% in 2003) for the first three quarters of 2004. The net income reaches TEURO 428 (TEURO 96 in 2003). In 2004 a total turn-over of about EURO Mill. 18.4 and a positive result are expected despite the additional cost for the going-public procedure, which has to be taken into account mainly during the last quarter of the actual business year. According to the original financial plan a negative result was expected due to this cost factor.
