On December, 29, 2014, Ludic GmbH, Bad Oldesloe, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that its Voting Rights on InTiCa
Systems Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Germany, ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN:
587484 have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on April, 01, 2014
and amount to 3,05% at this day (this corresponds to 130.745 Voting
Rights).

On December, 29, 2014, Mr Tom Hiss, Germany has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that its Voting Rights on InTiCa Systems
Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Germany, ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN: 587484 have
exceeded the 3% of the Voting Rights on April, 01, 2014 and amount to 3,05%
at this day (this corresponds to 130.745 Voting Rights). According to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 3,05% of the Voting Rights
(this corresponds to 130.745 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to Mr Tom
Hiss. Those Voiting Rights of InTiCa Systems AG are held by Ludic GmbH and
amount to 3% each or more.

according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that its Voting Rights on InTiCa
Systems Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Germany, ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN:
587484 have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on December, 22,
2014 and amount to 5,02% at this day (this corresponds to 215.069 Voting
Rights).

On December, 29, 2014, Mr Tom Hiss, Germany has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that its Voting Rights on InTiCa Systems
Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Germany, ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN: 587484 have
