On February, 24, 2012, Mr Thorsten Wagner, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that its Voting Rights on InTiCa
Systems Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN:
587484 have exceeded the 20% limit of the Voting Rights on February 21,
2012 and amount to 20,17% at these day (this corresponds to 864.563 Voting
Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 20,17%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 864.563 Voting Rights) are to be
attributed to Mr Thorsten Wagner. Those Voting Rights are held by Global
Derivative Trading GmbH and amount to 3% each or more.

On February, 23, 2011, the Global Derivative Trading GmbH, Lehrte, Germany
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that its Voting
Rights on InTiCa Systems Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005874846, WKN: 587484 have exceeded the 20% limit of the Voting Rights
on February 21, 2011 and amount to 20,16% at these day (this corresponds to
864.263 Voting Rights).
