On September, 14, 2012, Mr Thorsten Wagner, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that its Voting Rights on InTiCa
Systems Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN:
587484 have exceeded the 25% limit of the Voting Rights on September 12,
2012 and amount to 25,11% at these day (this corresponds to 1.076.659
Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG,
25,11% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1.076.659 Voting Rights)
are to be attributed to Mr Thorsten Wagner. Those Voting Rights are held by

DE0005874846, WKN: 587484 have exceeded the 25% limit of the Voting Rights
on September 12, 2012 and amount to 25,11% at these day (this corresponds
