On March, 10, 2011, Mr Dr. Dr. Axel Diekmann has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that its Voting Rights on InTiCa Systems
Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN: 587484
have exceeded the 10% of the Voting Rights on February 24, 2011 and amount
to 10,054% at this day (this corresponds to 431.023 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 9,984% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 428.023 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Dr. Dr. Axel Diekmann.
