The Wochenblatt Verlagsgruppe Beteiligungs GmbH, Landshut, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that its Voting Rights
on InTiCa Systems Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005874846, WKN: 587484 have exceeded the 10% of the Voting Rights on
April 01, 2011 and amount to 10,01% at this day (this corresponds to
429.116 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.
1 WpHG, 10,01% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 429.116 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to the Wochenblatt Verlagsgruppe Beteiliungs
GmbH.

The Voting Rights are to be attributed to the Wochenblatt Verlagsgruppe
Beteiliungs GmbH. Those Voiting Rights are held by several companies ruled
by the Wochenblatt Verlagsgruppe Beteiligungs GmbH and amount to 3% each or
more:

The Wochenblatt Verlagsgruppe GmbH & Co. KG, Landshut, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that its Voting Rights
on InTiCa Systems Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005874846, WKN: 587484 have exceeded the 10% of the Voting Rights on
April 01, 2011 and amount to 10,01% at this day (this corresponds to
429.116 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.
1 WpHG, 2,15% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 92.273 Voting
