On May 26, 2011, UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG, Basel, Schweiz has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its Voting
Rights on InTiCa Systems AG, Passau, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN:
587484, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 20, 2011
and amount to 2,65% at this day (this corresponds to 113.500 Voting
Rights).

On May 26, 2011, UBS Fund Holding (Switzerland) AG, Basel, Schweiz has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its Voting
Rights on InTiCa Systems AG, Passau, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN:
587484, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 20, 2011
and amount to 2,65% at this day (this corresponds to 113.500.Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.1 WpHG, 2,65% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 113.500 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to UBS Fund Holding(Switzerland) AG.

On May 25, 2011, UBS AG, Zürich, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its Voting Rights on InTiCa Systems
AG, Passau, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN: 587484, have fallen below
the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 20, 2010 and amount to 2,65% at
this day (this corresponds to 113.500 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.1 WpHG, 2,65% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 113.500 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to UBS AG.
