On March 02,2010, UBS Fund Holding (Switzerland) AG, Basel, Schweiz, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its Voting
Rights on InTiCa Systems Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005874846, WKN: 587484, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on February 06, 2006 and amount to 8,35% at this day (this
corresponds to 108.600 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 8,35% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 108.600 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to UBS Fund Holding (Switzerland) AG.
The Voting Rights are to be attributed to UBS Fund Holding (Switzerland)
AG. Those Voting Rights are held by several copanies ruled by UBS Fund
Holding (Switzerland) AG an amount to 3% each or more:

Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its Voting Rights on InTiCa Systems
Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN: 587484,
have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting Rights on February 06, 2006
