On April 30, 2009 , Wochenblatt Verlagsgruppe Beteiligungs GmbH, Landshut,
Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that its
Voting Rights on InTiCa Systems Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN: 587484, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on April 17, 2009 and now amount to 5.004% (this corresponds to
214.523 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 5.004% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 214.523 voting rights) is to be
attributed to Wochenblatt Verlagsgruppe Beteiligungs GmbH.
Those voting rights are held by several companies ruled by Wochenblatt
Beteiligungs GmbH and amount to 3% each or more:
