On November 05, 2008 , Wochenblatt Verlagsgruppe GmbH & Co KG, Landshut,
Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on InTiCom Systems Aktiengesellschaft, Passau,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN: 587484, have exceeded the 3% limit of
the Voting Rights on October 28, 2008 and now amount to 3.01% (this
corresponds to 128.873 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 1,52% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 65.373 voting rights) is to be
attributed to Wochenblatt Verlagsgruppe GmbH & Co KG.
