InTiCa Systems AG: Sales decline in telecommunications segment

InTiCa Systems AG / Development of Sales

Release of an Ad hoc announcement according to § 15 WpHG, transmitted by

  • Softening telecommunication markets lead to sales decline

Passau, 10. Oktober 2008 – The management board of InTiCa Systems AG, due
to recent discussions with major clients, expects to miss the sales
forecasts for 2008 in its business segment telecomunications. The
management now expects telecommunication sales of approximately 20 million
EUR for 2008. The reason for this is the softening order book for Q4 2008
in the segment of DSL-products.
This also leads to a decline of the expected 2008 total revenues to 26
million EUR and an effect on 2008 profits. Due to the successful
implementation of company plans to increase efficiency, the decline of 2008
profits will be less than proportional to the decrease in 2008 revenues.
