InTiCa Systems AG: Change in the Supervisory Board

Mr Detlef Hölzel will resign from his position as a member of the supervisory board as of June 30, 2012

Mr Udo Zimmer, the elected substitute member, will become a part of the three-headed board

Passau, June 29, 2012 – InTiCa Systems AG, quoted in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ISIN DE0005874846, Ticker IS7), announces that Mr. Detlef Hölzel will resign from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of InTiCa Systems AG as of June 30, 2012. Mr. Hölzel is resigning of his own accord and for personal reasons. He has been a member of the supervisory board since August 5, 2010. The Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board thank Mr. Hölzel for the very good and constructive cooperation as well as his great commitment and wish him all the best for the future.

The previous substitute member of the Supervisory Board Mr. Udo Zimmer will move up to the three-headed board.
