Werner Paletschek, Christian Fürst and Detlef Hölzel are the members of the
new supervisory board of InTiCa Systems AG
Passau, August 10, 2010 - InTiCa Systems AG (ISIN DE0005874846, Prime
Standard, Symbol: IS7) announces, that the local district court of Passau
has appointed the new supervisory board with its resolution from August 5,
2010.
The court appointed Mr. Werner Paletschek, Mr. Christian Fürst and Mr.
Detlef Hölzel as the new members of the supervisory board. The constitutive
meeting of the supervisory board is planned for August 26, 2010.
Mr. Werner Paletschek, graduated in business administration, is the
managing director of OWP Brillen GmbH since 1999 and will support InTiCa
Systems AG with his long standing economic experience and his special
know-how regarding the restructuring of companies. Mr. Christian Fürst,
graduated in business administration, is managing partner of the Ziel
Management Consulting GmbH and has specialized on the strategic focus and
the financing of medium- sized enterprise of the automobile and electronic
industry. He will be a member of the supervisory board, as well as Mr.
Detlef Hölzel. Mr. Detlef Hölzel, a graduated engineer, is the managing
partner of PCE GmbH and is experienced with the products and the
manufacturing technology of InTiCa Systems AG.
With the appointment, the court followed the suggestion of the board of
directors, which was submitted on August 03, 2010.
