Mr. Christian Fürst elected as Vice Chairman

Passau, August 31, 2010 - The Supervisory Board of InTiCa Systems AG (ISIN
DE0005874846, ticker IS7, Prime Standard of Frankfurt stock exchange) has
held its constitutive meeting on August 25, 2010.

Mr. Werner Paletschek, managing director of OWP Brillen GmbH, was elected
as the new Chairman and Mr. Christian Fürst, owner and CEO of Ziel
Management Consulting GmbH, was elected Vice Chairman. Mr. Detlef Hölzel
completes the competent panel.
