 Dr. Walter Hasselkus becomes Supervisory Board’s chairman
 Dr. Horst Hollstein confirmed as vice-chairman

Passau, January 21, 2009 – Dr. Walter Hasselkus, member of the Supervisory
Board of InTiCa Systems AG (Prime Standard, ISIN DE0005874846) since
November 1, 2008 – assumes the position of the Board’s chairman effective
January 1, 2009. Dr. Hasselkus is distinguished by decades of experience in
the international automotive industry where his most recent function was
member of the BMW Group’s management board (until 1998). Currently, Dr.
Hasselkus is a member of the supervisory boards of DAF Trucks NV and W.E.T.
Automotive Systems AG, among other functions. Supervisory Board and
Management Board of InTiCa Systems AG will benefit from his long-standing
automotive experience.

Dr. Horst Hollstein has been confirmed as vice-chairman of the Supervisory
Board of InTiCa Systems AG. Having filled a large number of executive
functions in the industry over many years, Dr. Hollstein completes the
Supervisory Board in an ideal way with his international expert knowledge.
Most recently he ran H&R WASAG AG as CEO until August 2007, in the course
of which Dr. Hollstein managed to establish the company in the industry as
a globally leading manufacturer. Dr. Hollstein has been a member of
InTiCa’s Supervisory Board since January 1, 2008.

Former chairman of the Supervisory Board of many years, Dr. Wulfdieter
Braun continues to be a member of this top-flight Company Board.
