Passau, March 3, 2008 – Mr. Walter Brückl (48) will fill the newly created
position of CEO at InTiCom Systems AG (ISIN: DE0005874846, Prime Standard)
effective April 1,2008. Mr. Brückl was in the employ of MAN AG for 14
years, responsible in executive functions especially for the automation of
industrial manufacturing as well as the optimization of processes and plant
maintenance.

Most recently Mr. Brückl served as chairman of the Management Board of
Gaudlitz GmbH, Coburg, a subsidiary of H&R Wasag AG, Salzbergen. With close
to 600 employees, the Gaudlitz Group develops and manufactures injection
molding tools and technical precision parts particularly for the automotive
industry.

In his new position, Mr. Brückl will be responsible for business strategy,
manufacture,investor relations and public relations in particular. The
appointment has an initial term of three years.

The Supervisory Board of InTiCom Systems AG considers Mr. Brückl the ideal
candidate for the position of CEO at InTiCom Systems AG. Dr. Hollstein,
Supervisory Board member of InTiCom Systems AG and in charge of development
at H&R Wasag AG from 2000 to 2007, on Mr. Brückl: 'I have known Mr. Brückl
since 2001 as an outstanding manager equipped with highly developed
commercial, technical, and strategic skills.

By the development of new manufacturing and product technologies and the
establishment of international manufacturing locations in China and
Czechia, Mr. Brückl created the foundations of a successful international
expansion.'

Mr. Brückl on his new job with InTiCom Systems AG: 'I have studied the
Company’s development competence and product portfolio intensively. In
addition to the manifold applications of solutions developed by InTiCom
Systems for the industry, I see the most considerable potential for the
Company’s future particularly in the business unit Automotive. I am looking
forward to my new duties and responsibilities with great
confidence.'
