Passau, October 28, 2008 - The members of the management board Frau
Marielle Grohs, responsible for sales, materials management and human
resources and Dr. Paul Grohs, in charge of development, technology and
quality management will leave the management board for private reasons on
the 31. December 2008
The founders and management board members will overtake the function of
advisors to the company for a timeframe of at least two years and will
particularly support the company in respect to the sales and the
development activities.
The supervisory board and the management board have agreed to nominate
Günther Kneidinger, to become the successor in the management board,
starting 1. January 2009. Günther Kneidinger has had a major participation
in the successful development of the companies’ automotive business.
The supervisory board and the management board thank Marielle Grohs and Dr.
Paul Grohs for the outststanding achievements in the development of the
company in the past years.
