The long-time member of the Board of InTiCom Systems, Dieter Schopf,
responsible for Accounting & Finance, Cotrolling and Human Resources will
leave the company for personal reasons before the end of his contract.
Mr. Schopf resigns by July 31st by mutually agreement.
If required Mr. Schopf will be available as a consultant till the end of
the year.

The Supervisory Board of InTiCom Systems has started talks with several
potential successors und will present a successor in the upcoming weeks.

The remaining members of the Board and the Supervisory Board want to thank
Mr. Dieter Schopf for the good cooperation during the last years.
