INTESA SANPAOLO: EXECUTION OF PROGRAMME OF PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES FOR ANNULMENT IN THE PERIOD 10 JUNE - 14 JUNE 2024
Turin - Milan, 17 June 2024 – With reference to the execution of the programme of purchase of own shares for annulment (buyback), which was disclosed to the market on 27 May 2024 and launched on 3 June 2024, Intesa Sanpaolo, pursuant to Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016, communicates that - on the basis of information provided by Goldman Sachs International, the third-party intermediary appointed to execute the programme in full independence and without any involvement of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group from 10 June to 14 June 2024 the Bank executed the purchase transactions summarised in the table below on the regulated market Euronext Milan managed by Borsa Italiana.

From 10 June to 14 June 2024, Intesa Sanpaolo purchased a total of 75,635,800 shares, equal to around 0.41% of its share capital, at an average purchase price of 3.4456 euro per share, for a total countervalue of 260,612,966.95 euro.
As at 14 June 2024, Intesa Sanpaolo had purchased a total of 119,622,152 shares since the launch of the programme, equal to around 0.65% of its share capital, at an average purchase price of 3.4970 euro per share, for a total countervalue of 418,313,002.77 euro.
