Turin - Milan, 28 June 2022 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that the documents listed below relating to the mergers by incorporation of Intesa Sanpaolo Agents4You S.p.A. and Intesa Sanpaolo Smart Care S.r.l. into Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. were made available today at its Registered Office, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE and at website group.intesasanpaolo.com.
This is in accordance with regulations in force.
The documents comprise:

- Explanatory report of the Board of Directors of Intesa Sanpaolo
- Explanatory report of the Board of Directors of Intesa Sanpaolo Agents4You
