INTESA SANPAOLO: FILING NOTICE
Turin - Milan, 8 May 2023 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that, in accordance with the regulations in force, the amended Articles of Association were made available today at the Company's Registered Office, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE and at group.intesasanpaolo.com. The amended Articles of Association were registered in the Turin Company Register on 5 May 2023 following the new composition of the Bank's share capital as a result of the annulment, on 2 May 2023, of own shares with no reduction in the Bank's share capital, which involved all the own shares purchased in execution of the buyback programme disclosed to the market on 6 February 2023 - launched on 13 February 2023 and concluded on 4 April 2023.
