Turin - Milan, 3 February 2022 – Due to the protracted working session of today, the Board of Directors of Intesa Sanpaolo will meet again tomorrow at 7 a.m. to approve consolidated results for the year 2021 (also proposing net income allocation) and the Business Plan. In respect of the above, a press release will be duly issued before the start of the presentation to the market, scheduled at 10 a.m..
