Intervest Offices & Warehouses received a transparency notification dated 16 August 2016 from Foyer Finance S.A., Foyer S.A., Foyer Assurances S.A., Foyer Vie S.A. and IWI International Wealth Insurer S.A., indicating that they hold 4,04% of the Intervest Offices & Warehouses shares as at 9 August 2016 as a result of an acquisition or a transfer of control of a company holding a participation in Intervest Offices & Warehouses.

Foyer Finance S.A., Foyer S.A., Foyer Assurances S.A., Foyer Vie S.A. and IWI International Wealth Insurer S.A. have thus crossed the threshold of 3%.
