Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') and persons closely associated with them ('PCA')

On 12 March 2021, under the terms of the Intertek 2021 Long Term Incentive Plan (the 'Plan'), André Lacroix, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR, and Ross McCluskey, Chief Financial Officer and PDMR, received the following rights to acquire ordinary shares of 1p each (the 'Shares') in the Company.

The LTIP Shares shall normally vest three (3) years from the grant date, subject to continued employment with the Intertek Group and are further subject to the achievement of performance targets and holding requirements as per the Group's remuneration policy. The awards were granted on the basis of an average share price of £53.36.

No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards. No price is payable on the vesting of the awards.

Following this notification, André Lacroix has a total interest under all share plans of 210,306 shares and Ross McCluskey has a total interest of 69,321 shares.
