Change of Name to Itsarm plc

It has come to the attention of the Company that on 7 March 2023, the same day that the Company announced the conditional sale of In The Style Fashion Limited and the proposed name change to "Itsum plc", Maxrs Ventures Limited changed its name to Itsum Limited.

As such, the Company announces that, further to the announcement on 27 March 2023, the Company has changed its name to Itsarm plc. With effect from 8:00 a.m. tomorrow (30 March 2023), trading on AIM will commence under the Company's new name. The Company's TIDM, "ITS", ISIN (GB00BMXMR838) and SEDOL (BMXMR83) remain unchanged.

Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name. Existing share certificates should be retained by Shareholders holding ordinary shares in certificated form as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.

Following the change of name, a new website for the Company will be launched in the near future and a further announcement made when the site is launched. Until such time, the Company's website remains at www.corporate.inthestyle .com which includes the information required by AIM Rule 26.

The Company's registered office has also been changed to 6th Floor, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB.
