In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), Intertek notifies that Wolfhart Hauser, who is Chief Executive Officer of Intertek, is to be appointed as a non-executive director of Associated British Foods plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: ABF). The appointment will take effect from 14 January 2015.
