In accordance with DTR3.1.4R(1), Intertek Group plc ('the  Company') wishes to notify the following changes in the interest of its Non-Executive Directors.

In accordance with the Company's fee structure for its Non-Executive Directors, the following numbers of Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Shares') in the capital of the Company were purchased on 8 March 2016.
