Purchase of shares by an Executive Director of Intertek Group plc

In accordance with DTR3.1.4R(1), Intertek Group plc ('the  Company') wishes to notify the following transaction.

On 28 October 2015, the Company was notified that, André Lacroix, a director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of £25.961039 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Lacroix holds 100,000 shares in the Company, equal to 0.0619 percent of the issued share capital.
