Notification of Transaction of Director of Intertek Group plc

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, Intertek Group plc ('the Company') wishes to notify the following transaction:

On 5 June 2014, the Company was notified that Lloyd Pitchford, a director of the Company, sold a total of 5,601 ordinary shares of £0.01p each in the Company at a price of 2861.4398p per share.  Following this disposal, Lloyd Pitchford holds a total of 37,156 ordinary shares of £0.01p each, equating to 0.0230% of the Company's issued share capital.

On 29 April 2014, the Company announced that Lloyd Pitchford had resigned and will leave the Company by 30 September 2014.
