In accordance with RIS notification required by DTR3.1.4R, Intertek Group plc ('the  Company') wishes to notify the following transactions of its executive director, Lloyd Pitchford.

1. Following the vesting of awards of shares under the Intertek Deferred Bonus Plan the following number of Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the 'Shares') in the capital of the Company were, respectively, acquired and sold, in part to cover tax and NI liabilities, on 20 May 2013.
