Intertek Group plc ('Intertek' or 'the Company') - Board Committee changes

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Intertek announces the following changes to its Board Committees:

Audit Committee - Louise Makin will be appointed a member;

Nomination Committee - Lena Wilson will be appointed a member; and

Remuneration Committee - Louise Makin will cease to be a member and Gurnek Bains will be appointed a member.  

All changes will become effective on 1 January 2018 and, as a result, the membership of the Committees will be as follows:
