Intertek Group plc (the 'Company') today confirms the following change to the composition of the Board and information required under section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006.  

Board change

Following the announcement made on 27 July 2017, Michael Wareing stepped down from the Board on 30 September 2017.  The Company confirms that, other than fees payable to Michael for the period up to 30 September 2017, no remuneration or payment has been or will be made to him in connection with his ceasing to be a director of the Company and no payments have been made for loss of office.
