Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that Andy Martin is being appointed a Non-Executive Director of Hays plc and a member of their Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees with effect from today. He will also be appointed their Senior Independent Director following the Annual General Meeting of Hays plc which is being held in November 2017.
