Intertek Group plc (Intertek), a leading Total Quality Assurance provider to industries worldwide announces that, after completing six year's service as a Non-Executive Director in April 2017, and as part of planned Board succession, Alan Brown will not be standing for re-election as a Director of the Company at the Annual General Meeting being held in May 2017.  He will step down as a Director of Intertek on 24 May 2017.
